Support

Start with the device.

Charter Folio has no account or remote support console. The publisher cannot inspect local entries, restore deleted state or retrieve exported files.

Open the in-app Privacy or About area and use Reset workspace. This does not delete copies previously exported elsewhere.

Choose a destination offered by Android’s document picker. Availability and later access are controlled by the selected provider.

Do not send confidential app entries. Identify the app and describe the general issue only.
